Great Lakes Mass Torts Seminar

The Great Lakes Mass Torts Seminar is the Great Lakes region's only program specifically designed to teach plaintiff attorneys how to capture more value from their existing client base with defective drug and medical device cases – mass torts. Lawyers can learn how to do this without changing or taking time away from their existing practice.
This day and a half event, held Wednesday June 5 and Thursday June 6 in downtown Detroit, features preeminent mass tort litigators from around the country who will discuss the nuts and bolts of mass tort cases. This seminar is not designed to make you into a mass tort lawyer – but rather to educate you on the value of communicating with your existing clients about mass tort cases to explain how to network with mass tort lawyers and to provide specific ways to start capturing more value from your client base today without changing your core practice.
Topics include an overview of a good mass tort case, specific ways to get involved in mass torts, how courts and lawyers handle these cases and the special laws driving them, current key mass tort cases, the economics and logistics of the practice, and a special add-on section about litigating wage and hour claims under the FLSA.
