He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is a Canadian CPA.
As CRO of Assembly Legal, David brings over 12 years of experience leading operations and strategy in the technology space. Focused on driving continuous business improvements, David draws from his diverse experiences including being the first employee of a successful technology start-up, advising numerous Fortune 500 technology companies as a strategy consultant, and serving as an executive at multiple SaaS companies. David is also a patent holder and always looking to take on a new challenge.

A passionate technology leader, Jim has spent 25 years in software development, focusing on SaaS for the past eight years. Holding an MBA from Southern Methodist University along with multiple technical certifications, Jim offers his expertise as a business leader on best practices for software modernization.
As a CPO, Rick is responsible for the company’s product strategy, roadmap, and release. He is driving the product strategy using best practices and metrics derived from the discipline of systems, cloud, and product engineering while staying focused on delivering end-to-end cloud services that optimize the business experience (BX) of its customers.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt, Chuck excels at making continuous process improvements to remove obstacles for customers. Data-driven, Chuck has refined our Customer Satisfaction Rating System to leverage key metrics to improve the customer experience.
Kate has been a marketing leader for over a decade, helping software companies create meaningful connections with customers and realize significant growth. Kate has previously led demand generation and sales development for a variety of other enterprise software and services companies, helping manage large-scale, on-premise to SaaS transitions. Overseeing all marketing initiatives at Assembly Legal, Kate enjoys immersing herself in marketing analytics, figuring out which levers to pull next.
Patrice is a dynamic leader with over 30 years of law firm experience, including 10 years in law firm management. Twenty years of software support experience give Patrice a deep understanding of customer needs. Driven by the desire to help others succeed, Patrice leads with a customer-first mentality, helping customers reach successful outcomes and high satisfaction rates with our products.
After growing up at the company, Bryan ran Needles for 9 years, culminating in the successful merger with Trialworks and the formation of Assembly Legal. Today, Bryan leads our customer education program. He enjoys utilizing new technology to constantly adapt, improving lives both professionally and personally. Bryan is creative at heart, a self-proclaimed nerd, and an all-around interesting guy (with a Private Pilot license to prove it).
